You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, and our system from unauthorized use. You bear responsibility for all activities that occur on our servers when the login uses your username and password. You agree not to utilize the system for spamming, port scanning, searching for open proxies or open relays, sending unsolicited email, opt-in email, or any type or version of email sent in large quantities, even if the email is ultimately sent off another server. Additionally, you agree not to launch any pop-ups from our service. Furthermore, you agree not to engage in any form of attack against other computers or networks while using our service. The actual speed and quality of the service may vary. We strive to keep the Service available at all times, except for limited periods necessary for maintenance and repair. However, the Service may experience periods of unavailability due to factors beyond our control, including emergencies, failures of third-party services, transmission issues, equipment or network problems or limitations, interference, signal strength, and it may be interrupted, refused, limited, or curtailed. We do not disclose your personal information to any third parties. We only cooperate with requests for information if ordered to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction, and the majority of these requests would not come from such a court.
